Step into a hands-on herbal experience where wellness, creativity, and community come together. Our Build-A-Base Herbal Workshop is designed to introduce participants to the art of crafting intentional herbal care blends using a variety of natural herbs traditionally used for relaxation, clarity, balance, creativity, and mood support.
Throughout the workshop, you’ll explore the properties, aromas, and pairing techniques of different herbs while learning how to create blends tailored to your personal preferences and desired experience. Whether you’re completely new to herbal care blends or already familiar with herbal wellness practices, this class offers a welcoming and judgment-free environment to learn, experiment, and connect with others.
Participants will have the opportunity to sample herbs, explore combination tastings, ask questions, and gain practical knowledge about herbal blending techniques and intentional use practices.
